Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct and coach warehouse shift workers.
• Oversee movement and handling of incoming/outgoing inventory and documentation.
• Supervise inventory tagging program.
• Coordinate documentation of inventory information as required.
• Communicate with truck drivers as necessary.
• Oversee inventory transfer logging per procedure.
• Maintain inter-shift communications and safety during shift.
• Coordinate work order and paperwork flow as required.
• Interact with sales department as required.
• Communicate with Processing and Traffic Managers as required.
• Contribute to annual employee performance reviews for department personnel.
• Coach shift employees including reprimands per company policy.
