Rugby Architectural Building Products in Lebanon, TN seeks a hands-on 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead evening warehouse operations, oversee receiving, storage, loading, and shipping, and guide warehouse associates and drivers to maintain safety and accuracy.

This safety-sensitive role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced distribution environment with overtime potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse supervisory/lead experience.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution operations.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and related technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, identifying, storing, and loading products.
• Supervise and assist with loading and unloading inbound and outbound shipments.
• Coordinate daily delivery activities and support shipping operations.
• Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and training to warehouse associates and drivers.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Ensure shipments and inventory transactions are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Enforce company policies and warehouse safety procedures.
• Communicate operational issues and concerns to warehouse management.
• Assist with warehouse operations as needed to support business demands.
