Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee the efficient operation of a warehouse area, ensuring incoming merchandise is processed and ready for distribution to the stores.

You will lead a team, enforce safety and facility standards, coordinate with other supervisors, manage daily workload, and maintain accurate timekeeping and reporting in Kronos. New Hire Starting Pay: $55,000 - $56,000 per year; offers include medical/dental/vision, 401K with match,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Supervisory experience in a DC or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to manage confidential information and exercise sound judgment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support a team-oriented environment; maintain orderly area.
• Ensure safety and facility maintenance standards are met.
• Direct team to meet daily business needs and manage schedules.
• Establish shrinkage control and programs; coordinate with other Supervisors.
• Complete internal reporting timely; interview, train, and coach associates.
