Job summary

RJ Schinner Co., Inc. in Cottage Grove, MN is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift. You will supervise all 2nd shift warehouse activities and employees, ensure accurate picking and shipments, and maintain proper handling of merchandise.

The role reports directly to the Warehouse Manager. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years warehouse operations experience or equivalent, strong attention to detail, and be comfortable operating powered industrial trucks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years warehouse operations experience or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of inventory control and SKU management experience.
• Able to lift 50 lbs safely.
• Proficiently operates a variety of powered industrial trucks.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and evaluates performance of direct reports.
• Ensures accuracy and documentation of all outbound shipments.
• Performs operations and safety checks on all powered industrial trucks.
• Promotes and enforces workplace safety protocol for department/branch.
• Provides training on processes and procedures for 2nd shift employees.
• Communicates business plans and departmental goals and objectives.
• Other duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
