We seek an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead and train our production team in the efficient and safe manufacturing of quality products, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Essential Functions

• Resolve team member concerns to foster a caring, consistent environment.
• Promote cooperation and dedication to quality workmanship.
• Train team members on policies, rules, regulations, and duties.
• Audit performance to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.
• Initiate maintenance work orders and monitor activities.
• Manage budgeted and standard operating costs.
• Ensure adherence to GMPs, sanitation, housekeeping, and product quality standards.
• Arrange materials and supplies needed for daily production.
• Review and approve new methods and standards; encourage teamwork for improvements.
• Verify accurate payment processing, including timesheets, payroll, and labor costs.
• Coordinate with HR on staffing, benefits, discipline, and document activities.
• Follow daily schedules and report variances.
• Optimize energy and resource use, minimizing waste.
• Communicate company and department activities to team members.
• Report on inventories, production, costs, supply usage, variances, payroll, projects, and quality issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with non-motorized and powered equipment.
• Proficiency in email and MS Office.
• Leadership, motivation, and development skills.
• Coaching and performance management experience a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Exposure to cold and noise.
• Stand and walk for 8+ hours daily.
• Lift, push, pull up to 60 pounds frequently.
• Bend, twist, stoop, grip, climb, reach.
