About the Role: The Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing daily warehouse operations in our 24-hour cold storage facility, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely processing of inventory and shipments. This position leads a team of warehouse associates, coordinates workflow, and maintains a safe, organized, and compliant work environment. The Warehouse Supervisor serves as a key liaison between warehouse staff and management, facilitating communication, problem-solving, and operational excellence.

This role operates 2nd Shift 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM, and associates must be prepared to work extended hours until the job is completed. The position enforces a strict No-Fault Attendance Policy and ensures all warehouse activities support overall supply chain objectives and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
