Job Summary

Supports operations by moving and stocking materials and finished products to designated areas within the facility.

Hourly Pay

$16.00

An additional dollar amount will be added to your hourly rate for all hours worked during Second, Third, and Weekend shifts in accordance with Hillman's Shift Differential Policy.

Essential Job Functions

1. Use of a hand scanner.
2. Pick up incoming materials from the Receiving dock.
3. Unload and store stock in the bulk storage area.
4. Replenish materials at workstations promptly.
5. Pull and stock correct products to appropriate boxes and pick locations.
6. Transfer finished products to designated areas.
7. Stack empty skids and pallets in designated areas.
8. Operate manual and/or motorized pallet jacks.
9. Use knowledge and experience to resolve basic operating problems; report other issues to management.

Education & Experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Familiarity with part numbering systems is a plus.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and Drexel equipment.
• Ability to work accurately from verbal and written instructions.
