Job summary

SOUTHERN CHAMPION TRAY LLC in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Stock Puller for the 2nd shift. The role supports production by loading, unloading, and organizing pallets, materials, and shipments, using RF Smart to manage pallet inventory and maintain safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and strong English communication. Prior warehousing experience is helpful; willingness to learn and adhere to Food Safety and 5S practices is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use software.

Responsibilities

• Picks up and stores products in the manufacturing area and supplies materials as needed to meet production goals.
• Unloads/loads trailers, wraps pallets, and handles finished and unfinished inventory.
• Perform daily forklift checklist and routine maintenance on equipment.
• Verifies pallets for labeling and count accuracy; reports discrepancies to supervisor.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment following 5S and Food Safety standards.
• Uses RF Smart to move pallets and manage pallet inventory across the plant.
• Wears PPE and follows safety policies; may assist in other areas as needed.
