World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support shipping operations on 2nd shift. You will receive, move, pick and ship product, operate PIT equipment, scan labels, and help maintain inventory accuracy.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment; candidates should have 3+ years in warehousing, ability to lift 50 lbs, and solid computer skills. Benefits include comprehensive health plans and 401k.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3+ years of warehousing experience.
• Ability to operate a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT), hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes knowledge of safety and best practices while around equipment such as PIT, Crane or Box Truck.
• Assesses bottlenecks in work processes within teams to streamline and simplify workflow.
• Coordinates with team members to execute new ideas or approaches and achieve process improvement goals.
• Compiles data and analyze the impact of process changes.
• Applies the organization’s techniques to determine short-term production capacity available for a given process or part.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the processes for receiving, shipping and warehousing materials. Reports any material flow issues to management.
