Job summary

Great Lakes Cheese is seeking a Warehouse Worker to organize and store products in alignment with GMP and Safety policies. Responsibilities include verifying counts, loading/unloading trucks, and operating forklift equipment while maintaining a safe, clean workspace.

Qualified candidates will read shipping/receiving records, understand production schedules, and perform basic math. Prior forklift and RF barcode experience is preferred; High School diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and prepare shipping/receiving records and reports.
• Ability to perform basic math operations (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Forklift experience and RF barcode operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify accurate counts of finished products and supplies.
• Organize and store finished products and raw materials.
• Load and unload trucks per bills of lading.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (tow motor, jack, wrapper, hoist).
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area.
