Steel and Pipe Supply is hiring a Warehouse Specialist for 2nd shift (4 p.m. – 12:30 a.m., Monday – Friday). You will load and unload steel, store it in service centers, and ensure accurate material handling.

A focus on safety and efficiency is essential to keep customers stocked with the right materials. The role involves walking, lifting up to 51 lbs, and potential overtime. Competitive pay includes a $3.50/hr shift differential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• 18+ years old
• Basic math skills
• Basic literacy for reading instructions and using hand tools
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material (steel) from trucks and store it in service centers
• Ensure accurate placement and counting of steel pieces for timely delivery
• Follow safety policies and safe work practices to support a safe workplace
• Move and handle materials up to 51 lbs as needed
• Assist with inventory to keep records up to date
