Job summary

Lineage Logistics is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Operator for the Riverside, CA site. This on-site, full-time role operates 2PM to 12:30AM on a 4x10 schedule (Sun-Wed) with a pay rate of $20-$22 per hour plus a 75 cent shift differential.

You will use forklifts and RF scanners to process shipments, verify counts, and ensure safety compliance. The role requires reading work orders, locating items, inspecting for damages, labeling pallets, and reporting issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must identify products by reading, interpreting, and scanning pallet IDs.
• Ability to understand instructions in the official language of the country.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs; weight may vary by facility.
• Flexible schedule including weekends when needed.
• Comfortable with various noise levels in warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow computerized work orders to determine quantities and types of products to be shipped.
• Determine the location of requested items in the warehouse.
• Change over pallets for picking and inspect items for damages.
• Document and report damages to supervisors.
• Pack, seal, and label materials using RF scanning to verify counts.
• Notify leaders of any issues and assist in problem resolution.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing the warehouse at shift end.
