Rheem Manufacturing Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure accuracy of materials, inventory records, and delivery systems within our warehouse.

You will verify incoming quantities, label stock, perform cycle counts, and maintain alignment between Oracle locations and physical storage, while supporting audits and Kanban signals. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and relevant warehouse experience.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read BOM and interpret bills of materials (BOMs).
• Ability to read and understand shipping and/or receiving schedules.
• Ability to obtain Rheem lift truck license.
• Experience performing inventory transactions in warehouse management systems (e.g. Korber and HighJump ) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems Word, Excel, and PowerPoint within the first 6 months of hire.
• Proficiency with Oracle inventory applications within the first 6 months of hire.
• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory transactions and receipts.
• Ability to communicate effectively with other employees and management.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to work at heights up to 35 feet.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a continuous basis.
• Demonstrates skills in problem solving, attention to detail, basic math, and reading/writing comprehension.
