Job summary

Victoria's Secret & Co is hiring a Merchandise Processor for the 2nd shift PM hours in our distribution center. The role focuses on accurately picking, packing, and shipping inventory while adhering to SOPs and safety rules.

Expect use of RF scanning devices and WMS to manage product flow, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods. The position offers a $17.75 per hour shift rate, paid holidays from day one, and a 40% brand discount.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in distribution, warehouse, or logistics is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to accurately count, pick, and pack inventory.
• Use basic math to verify quantities and fulfill orders.
• Operate RF scanners and WMS to track inventory.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Lift and move cases and cartons up to 25 pounds.
• Be flexible to work in other DC areas as needed.
