Job summary

Veloz is seeking a Warehouse Problem Solver to keep product moving in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse. You will identify causes of missing items, damaged packages, mislabelled shipments, and inventory mismatches, then fix them to keep the operation on track.

This 2nd shift role requires a detail-oriented problem-solver who can stay calm under pressure. Experience with Amazon workflows is a plus, and the position offers a competitive hourly rate and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment.
• Amazon experience especially as a Problem Solver or in ICQA is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and basic computer tasks.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies, including missing, extra or misplaced items
• Handle damaged, mislabeled or unscannable product and route it correctly
• Investigate and fix exceptions in receiving, picking, packing and shipping
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and correct inventory
• Conduct cycle counts and audits to keep inventory accurate
• Work with associates, leads and management to clear problems quickly and keep workflow moving
• Spot recurring issues and suggest process improvements
• Keep clear, accurate records of issues and resolutions
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
