Aerotek in Davenport, IA is hiring for a Warehouse Picker on 2nd shift. You will pick, pack, and prep orders for shipment in a fast-paced distribution center, using RF scanners and forklifts as needed.

Position is contract-to-hire with potential for long-term growth. OT is required, with occasional Saturdays, and benefits are described in the listing. Wages are $17 per hour, onsite in Davenport.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of warehouse, distribution, or general labor experience preferred.
• Experience with order picking, packing, shipping, or receiving.
• Comfortable using RF scanners or similar handheld technology.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility for overtime when needed.
• Comfortable working around forklifts and warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Use RF scanners to locate and track inventory.
• Sort products and place on pallets for shipment.
• Load and unload freight, including semi-trailers.
• Move materials ranging from small boxes to larger machine parts.
• Work around forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Verify picks, labels, and destinations for order accuracy.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and quality standards.
• Assist with inventory and packaging tasks.
