Job summary

Baxter is seeking an Order Packer Shipper II to join our warehouse team. You will receive, sort, store, inventory, and organize for shipping, while maintaining accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, warehouse experience preferred, and willingness to overtime. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 2:45pm to 11pm, with a pay rate of $21.00 per hour, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent is required.
• Warehouse experience is preferred.
• Able to work overtime on short notice and balance priorities.
• Power Industrial Vehicle experience is desirable.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate in the Warehouse under a manager or group leader.
• Receive, sort, store, inventory, and ship products.
• Kit finished goods, process, package, and ship orders accurately.
• Inspect products for defects and maintain inventory.
• Follow safety rules and contribute improvement ideas.
