Job summary

Lynco Products in Milan, Illinois, is seeking multiple full-time associates to join our growing team. Base Pay is $19/hour with a $1.50/hour shift differential for the 2nd shift, and overtime is available as needed.

You will process and audit orders, label products, pack items for shipment, ship orders to customer locations, inspect products for quality and conformity, and handle returns in a fast-paced environment while following safety and work-instructions.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and to crouch, carry, push, and lift.
• Able to read and understand work instructions, product labels, and safety materials; communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit orders.
• Process and audit company returns.
• Label product to fit customer needs.
• Pack products to be shipped.
• Ship orders to designated customer locations.
• Inspect product for adherence to customer specifications.
