Position Details

This role is based at our Columbus, OH distribution center. The pay range is $18.00/hr, with potential bonuses of $200. Kimball Midwest is a leading distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, known for our family-owned culture and recognition as a Top Workplace in Columbus for twelve consecutive years.

Responsibilities

• Package parts by setting up scale machines for proper weight, lifting up to 50 pounds waist to waist, filling boxes with parts, labeling, and shelving.
• Visually inspect merchandise for quality, ensure accuracy in packaging, and document quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write small letters and numbers, perform basic arithmetic, and follow instructions.
• Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 pounds, and standing/walking on concrete floors for extended periods.
• Ability to manipulate and grip objects finely, and to squat and reach as needed.

Additional Information

Work hours are Monday-Friday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm. The environment is climate-controlled.
