Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers in Wisconsin is seeking a Selector Trainee to pick full-case grocery items in a warehouse environment. You will use a pallet jack or similar equipment, follow pick sheets or voice/headset guidance, and prepare pallets for shipping to retail stores.

This 2nd shift role runs 3pm until completion, Sunday through Friday on a 4-day, 10-hour schedule, with training 9am-5pm in the first week.

Qualifications

• GED or HS diploma is required.
• Ability to operate pallet jack and MHE.
• Demonstrates safety awareness and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Select full-case grocery, frozen and perishable items from warehouse slots.
• Use pick sheets or audio headsets to guide selection.
• Move pallets to shipping dock and assist with loading for delivery.
• Wrap pallets securely and maintain clean work areas.
• Complete equipment inspection and adhere to safety standards.
