Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Warehouse Operator I to help keep our warehouse running smoothly by picking, packing, stocking, and moving products. You’ll use pallet jacks and scanners while following safety and quality procedures as part of a collaborative team to ensure the right products reach customers safely.

The role offers a pay of $26.39 per hour with a $1.00 per hour shift differential for second shift hours. Shift: Tuesday–Saturday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and move throughout your shift.
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
• Flexible working overtime based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to move products
• Pick, pack, and restock items based on system instructions
• Verify product types and quantities, and correct discrepancies
• Use scanners and digital tools to track inventory
• Wrap pallets, apply labels, and prepare shipments
• Follow safety rules, GMPs, SOPs, and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
