Job summary

Leeco Steel is seeking a warehouse worker for our Portage, IN location. This 2nd shift role operates Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, supporting the movement of steel from receiving to shipping.

Previous overhead crane experience is preferred, and the team will focus on accurate inventory control and efficient order fulfillment. You will handle loading, storage, staging, and documentation, with duties including data entry in Excel and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Overhead crane experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders, load and process steel distribution, and store product.
• Verify inventory, update location databases, and count counts.
• Prepare product for shipment and direct movement to staging.
