Job summary

Alcon is seeking an Operator I for Warehouse & Distribution Operations at the Fort Worth Oak Grove Facility. This role will handle warehouse tasks, optimize storage, manage inventory and shipments, and operate equipment with safety and SOP adherence.

The position requires a High School Diploma and fluent English, and is on-site from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday. Relocation sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution center environments is preferred.
• Willing to work a 2nd shift (11:00 AM–8:00 PM CST) onsite.

Responsibilities

• Handle manual or operational tasks within warehouses and distribution centers to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Optimize storage space and material flows while maintaining safety and efficiency.
• Manage inventory and coordinate shipments.
• Operate equipment, which may require certification.
• Follow established procedures with adherence to SOPs and maintain accurate documentation.
