Qualifications

• College degree or High School Diploma with 1–3 years of warehouse management experience.
• Forklift certification or ability to become certified.
• Valid Driver’s License or equivalent.
• Hazardous Material Handling Certification or Training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret protocols and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate unloading of inbound shipments, stacking of product, and picking and staging outbound shipments.
• Operate materials handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist in establishing work schedules and assigning duties for efficiency.
• Maintain inventory integrity and optimize space utilization.
• Ensure warehouse security and regular housekeeping for safety.
• Direct work teams to meet objectives and complete records accurately.
• Conduct physical inventories and maintain sanitation standards.
