Job summary

Cipla is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for the 2nd shift in Fall River, MA. The role monitors production demand, coordinates with purchasing and planning, and ensures compliant, timely material flow to support manufacturing operations.

The position requires cGMP awareness, safety adherence, and collaboration with QA, QC, and logistics teams to meet OTIF targets and maintain inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English (speaking/listening/writing).
• Strong mathematical and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures, including OSHA.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain availability of materials per production plan to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Schedule materials to purchasing by aligning with production plan and follow up on delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with planning & sourcing for replenishment.
• Indent material for new product launches and coordinate with production for timely delivery.
• Prepare receipt, issuance/dispensing, and accounting of materials.
• Ensure cGMP compliance and audit readiness in stores operations.
