Job summary

Pathway Group is seeking a dedicated Lumper for our logistics warehouse in Spanaway, WA. The role involves unloading and palletizing goods, ensuring quality, and complying with standards. You will inspect shipments, document issues, and collaborate with a three-person team to improve processes.

The position is 2nd shift (3pm-1:30am) with Mondays–Fridays and occasional Saturdays, offering overtime at $21/hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quality control or a related field, preferably in a logistics or warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with quality assurance standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy.
• Unloading manually with a team of three all units in the containing
• Palletizing according to forms
• Identifying and documenting any defects or discrepancies and reporting them to management.
• Collaborating with team members to implement corrective actions and improve processes.
• Safely unload and maneuver through boxes and pallets
