Cintas Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader for the 2nd shift in Culpeper, VA. The role involves loading and unloading textiles, mats, and customer products, driving company trucks within the facility, and maintaining a clean work area.

Emphasis is on accuracy, speed, and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates must be US-authorized, 18+, with a valid driver's license and a willingness to work in variable temperatures and weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
• Must be comfortable with exposure to hot or cold temperatures and to the elements.
• Must be willing to handle materials that are soiled or have pungent odors with protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load items from company trucks according to route designations.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and meet or exceed loading/unloading quality standards.
• Drive company trucks to designated areas in the facility for unloading of soiled products and loading of clean uniforms and mats.
• Support the Rental division with efficient inventory handling and safety practices.
