Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader to support the Rental Division. Loader/Unloaders unload soiled products and load clean uniforms, floor mats and other customer items onto trucks per routes, while keeping the area clean and meeting quality standards.

Qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the US, be at least 18, have a valid driver's license, and be ready for a fast-paced, shift-driven environment with PPE when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Must be comfortable with exposure to hot or cold temperatures and exposure to the elements.
• Must be willing to handle materials that are soiled or have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Unload soiled products from trucks and load clean uniforms, mats and other items onto trucks according to routes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality.
• Follow safety and PPE procedures while handling materials.
• Support the Rental division's loading/unloading workflow and schedules.
