Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader to support the Rental Division at Central Islip, NY. This role handles unloading soiled products and loading clean uniforms, mats, and customer items onto trucks, following designated routes.

The position requires alertness to safety, ability to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment, and physical stamina for standing and lifting.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Must be comfortable with exposure to hot or cold temperatures and exposure to the elements.
• Must be willing to handle materials that are soiled or have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Unload soiled products from company trucks and prepare them for processing.
• Load clean uniforms, floor mats and additional customer products onto trucks according to designated routes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and meet quantity/quality standards for loading and unloading.
• Drive company trucks to designated areas in the facility for unloading and loading activities.
• Assist in ensuring safety in all handling and material movement tasks.
• Follow company policies and procedures to complete tasks efficiently.
