Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader for the Hartford, CT area to support the Rental Division. The role involves driving company trucks to loading zones, unloading soiled products, and loading clean uniforms and mats onto routes.

Safety, accuracy, and efficiency are expected in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include maintaining orderly work areas, meeting quantity/quality standards, and participating in the overall warehouse workflow.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Willingness to work in a safe proximity to others for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
• Comfortable with exposure to hot or cold temperatures and the elements.
• Able to handle materials that are soiled with appropriate PPE.
• Stand for most of the shift; lifting/moving materials for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to loading areas within the facility for unloading of soiled products.
• Load clean uniforms, floor mats, and customer products onto trucks according to routes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and meet quantity/quality loading standards.
• Participate in general warehouse workflow and safety procedures.
