Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader on the 2nd Shift in Springfield, MO. This role involves driving company trucks to unload soiled products and loading clean uniforms, mats, and customer items for routes.

You will keep the workspace clean and strive to meet throughput and quality targets. Applicants must be eligible to work in the US, be at least 18, have a valid driver's license, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to temperature

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Must be comfortable with exposure to hot or cold temperatures and the elements.
• Must handle materials that are soiled or have pungent odors with protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to designated areas for unloading of soiled products.
• Load clean uniforms, mats and customer products onto trucks based on routes.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and meet quality/quantity standards for loading.
