Job summary

Cintas Corporation is hiring a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader for the 2nd shift in Memphis, TN. You will drive company trucks to unloading zones, unload soiled products, then load clean uniforms and mats onto trucks following designated routes.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work area and meeting quantity and quality standards, with exposure to hot or cold temperatures and use of protective equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• Age 18 or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Adherence to attendance policy.
• Willing to work near others in a safe environment.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven setting.
• Comfort with exposure to heat/cold and the elements.
• Able to handle soiled materials with appropriate PPE.

Responsibilities

• Unload soiled products from company trucks and load clean uniforms, mats, and other items onto trucks based on routes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and meet quality/quantity standards for loads.
• Work in variable temperatures and use protective equipment as required.
