Qualifications

• Strong organization and prioritization abilities.
• Experience with budgeting and P&L understanding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carrier representatives.
• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Prepare and balance daily bank deposits.
• Create daily work logs and report to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Document and resolve issues with customers or associates daily.
• Enforce Capstone policies and safety rules.
• Lead weekly safety meetings and involve associates.
• Assist in managing site and departmental budget.
• Schedule shifts and interview/train new staff.
• Oversee data entry and payroll records per SOP.
• Complete daily closeout procedures.
