Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Memphis, TN is seeking a Second Shift Group Coordinator Lead to manage workflow within a busy warehouse environment. You will lead associates, allocate tasks, and serve as the first contact for the team during the shift.

The ideal candidate will have 6–12 months of warehouse experience, forklift operation exposure, and a high school diploma or equivalent. This is an onsite role with opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months warehouse experience
• 6-12 months forklift operation experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Forklift operator certificate or completion within 30 days of employment, preferred

Responsibilities

• Assign work schedules and train associates.
• Provide day-to-day direction to the work group.
• Monitor associate progress and workloads.
• Open/close and secure the building.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Communicate work practices and methods to associates.
