Job summary

civil-recruit is seeking a warehouse associate in Pennsylvania for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 3pm-11:30pm) with 30 minutes lunch. Training on day shift during first weeks. Role involves issuing parts, inventory cycle counts, and crib window operations in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have basic computer skills, reliable work ethic, and strong customer service abilities. Steel toe shoes required; US citizenship or legal work status and related documentation are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ months relevant experience and/or training.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Loading, unloading, picking, packing in a warehouse.
• Ability to read safety rules, work orders and manuals.
• Basic computer knowledge; MS Office, Vista, Control, SX.e, Prophet 21.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Team player, self-motivated, detail-oriented and safety minded.

Responsibilities

• Unloads and stores incoming goods; checks for damage and discrepancies.
• Sorts, labels, moves and stores items to optimize crib space.
• Issues items to site employees; maintains issued/returned records.
• Enters data to stock system; checks inventory levels and schedules.
• Performs cycle counts and assists with inventory reporting.
• Delivers tools and equipment to work locations; assists with locating missing items.
• Performs other related duties as requested.
