Job summary

Gibraltar is seeking an order puller to support production and shipping operations in Lancaster, PA. The role involves using forklifts to move WIP and finished goods, assembling customer orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

The position runs on a 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) as part of a team dedicated to efficient fulfillment. Candidates should have at least 1 year of related work experience and a High School diploma or better.

Responsibilities

• Read production schedules and orders to determine items to move or distribute.
• Sort and place materials on racks or shelves by size, type, color or code.
• Operate propane and battery-powered forklifts to load/unload and transport WIP and finished products.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and place on pallets or convey to packing/shipping.
• Maintain inventory records and locate items; report shortages or discrepancies.
• Enter records and tickets in computer systems per customer specifications.
