Job summary

The Kendall Group in Conshohocken, PA, is hiring a Distribution Center Associate (2nd shift) to help receive, store, and distribute products across our warehouse network. You will perform inventory tasks, pick and pack orders, load trucks, and operate standard warehouse equipment while maintaining accuracy and safety.

We’re seeking entry-level candidates with basic math and computer skills, able to work independently or in a team, and willing to learn.

Qualifications

• Entry level work experience accepted.
• Ability to use barcode scanners, printers, and standard warehouse equipment.
• Basic math and reasoning skills.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform distribution center activities for receipt, inventory placement, selection for shipment, and shipment of stock.
• Pick orders accurately and promptly.
• Pack orders.
• Receive inventory accurately and promptly.
• Restock inventory in designated storage areas.
• Truck loading and unloading according to established procedures.
• Operate forklift, hand trucks or other equipment.
• Accurately identify and count inventory in assigned areas.
• Maintain quality and quantity performance and production standards.
• Participate in general housekeeping of Distribution Center.
• Check assigned equipment for proper operation/functionality and report problems to supervision.
• Follow safe work habits and established safety procedures.
• Attend meetings and training sessions.
• Other Distribution Center tasks as assigned.
