Job summary

Kendall Group in Vandalia, OH is seeking a Distribution Center Associate for the 2nd shift. You will receive, store, and distribute inventory, pick and pack orders, and help maintain accurate stock levels.

Reporting to the Distribution Center Supervisor, you will operate standard warehouse equipment, follow safety procedures, and contribute to a team that values ownership and accountability in an employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• Entry level position; willingness to learn and follow procedures.
• Ability to use basic math, read labels, and operate standard warehouse tools.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Perform receipt, stocking, and order fulfillment tasks to keep inventory accurate.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders according to procedures; load/unload trucks as needed.
• Operate Forklift or hand trucks; maintain safety and housekeeping throughout the center.
• Count and verify inventory; report discrepancies to supervision; participate in safety initiatives.
