Job summary

Gordon Food Service in Brighton, MI is seeking a 2nd Shift Custodian to support our distribution center operations. You will help keep the facility clean and safe, contributing to efficient order processing and deliveries.

The position runs Sunday through Thursday, 1 PM to 10 PM, with a $1.00 second shift premium on a starting pay of $19.60/hour. We offer weekly pay, comprehensive benefits from day one, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures (-25F to 100F) in a distribution center.
• Must read, write and communicate in English; successfully pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum, and empty trash to maintain clean facilities.
• Clear snow and maintain landscaping as needed.
• Support warehouse operations to ensure safe, organized, and efficient flow of activities.
