Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, Milwaukee, is seeking an Auditor to validate product accuracy for outbound orders and assist in maintaining an acceptable error rate on orders shipped. You will perform random audits, verify product against orders, and correct discrepancies to ensure quality and accuracy.

The role runs on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00pm-11:30pm) with pay of $23 per hour. Location is 2880 North 112th St, Milwaukee, WI, and benefits are available from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience with auditing or quality control is preferred.
• Ability to verify product against orders and report discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Perform random audits on completed orders to verify product matches the order.
• Correct errors discovered on orders before shipment and document findings.
• Communicate improper product placement to responsible parties for resolution.
• Notify relevant parties of chargeable errors and obtain acknowledgement.
• Submit daily audit results to warehouse administration at shift end.
• Conduct random tote audits to determine store-level error rates.
• Periodically re-audit processes to ensure accuracy of net error rates.
• Other duties as assigned.

As an Auditor, you will be responsible to validate product to be delivered to customers as part of process to measure outbound loading accuracy. You will also assist in maintaining an acceptable error rate on orders shipped according to company guidelines.

Earn $23 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm)
Location: 2880 North 112th St.

Job Description

You will contribute by:

• Perform random audits on select completed orders and verify that the product selected matches the order.
• Upon audit completion, ensure corrections are made to any errors discovered on the order being shipped.
• Communicate the improper placement of product to appropriate parties so resolution can take place.
• When chargeable errors are discovered, the auditor will notify the responsible party of their error and obtain their signature as acknowledgement of the audit.
• Submit daily audit results to the warehouse administration clerk at the end of each shift.
• Perform random tote audits of a complete store order on the dock to arrive at error rates on a store basis.
• Periodically perform re-audits of RGIS to ensure the accuracy of net error rates reported to the Operating Companies and the integrity of the RGIS audit process.
