Job Description

As a Warehouse Associate I, you will work closely with management to achieve goals related to on-time delivery, quality, safety, and employee satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling shipments, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Supporting raw materials and finished goods flow
• Managing inventory and warehouse activities
• Performing daily inspections of powered equipment
• Applying FIFO to all orders
• Communicating discrepancies to supervisors
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Supporting additional duties as assigned

Proficiency in at least five core functions such as receiving, shipping, warehouse functions, inventory cycle counting, and RF scanner processes is required.

Requirements:

• Use of all required warehouse equipment
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience with warehouse operations, handheld scanners, shipping, and inventory management preferred
• Goal-oriented with enthusiasm and focus on quality
• Familiarity with forklift and reach truck operation
• Basic skills in MS Word, Excel, and PC operation
