Job description

Job Summary:

Executes assigned warehouse duties accurately and efficiently to achieve corporate and customer objectives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Organize stock and merchandise within the warehouse by properly unboxing and storing items in their correct location.
  2. Pick and pack orders (as assigned) to be shipped according to company standards.
  3. Retrieve items in the warehouse reliably to be processed and shipped.
  4. Verify and record incoming products (as assigned) accurately and efficiently.
  5. Understand barcode technology and operate RF equipment as assigned.
  6. Operate automated picking equipment, power conveyors, and forklifts as assigned.
  7. Organize and sort items on shelving, bins, and overhangs according to company standards.
  8. Maintain and report all safety procedures/issues.
  9. Assist in maintaining a neat and orderly warehouse.
  10. Consistently achieve or exceed warehouse operational standards for pick/pack/ship/receive volume and quality.
  11. Maintain a positive attitude, excellent time management, and attendance performance.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Knowledge:
  1. High school diploma or GED; must be 18+ years old.
  2. Ability to read and understand pick tickets, purchase orders, receiving slips, route slips, and instructions.
  3. Basic arithmetic skills, typically acquired through high school education.
  4. Operate automated carts and machinery.
  5. Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  6. Knowledge of Polaris products and parts preferred.
  7. Forklift experience required for receiving roles.
Working Conditions:
  1. Standard warehouse environment.
  2. Ability to lift at least 50 lbs individually and up to 75 lbs with assistance.
  3. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  4. Tolerance for heights up to 26 feet.
Compensation and Benefits:

The starting pay rate is $17.35 per hour, including a $1.00 shift differential for 2nd shift. Pay increases based on tenure and certification, up to $23.76/hr. This role is eligible for Polaris' profit-sharing program with a target bonus of 15%. The base pay range is $17.35 - $21.40.
