Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated seeks a Warehouse Associate II- BOLO/DOCK on 2nd shift to support outbound shipments. You will prepare outgoing shipments by creating BOLs, secure loads and load trailers while organizing inventory for easy retrieval as orders are completed.

You will operate pallet jacks, forklifts and other equipment, complete safety checklists, report damage, and ensure accurate documentation for domestic and international shipments.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years’ experience in a high-volume warehouse environment.
• One (1) year’s experience in truck packing operation.
• Knowledge of appropriate handling, safety and warehouse standards.
• GED or higher education required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing shipments by creating BOL and loading trailers.
• Organize inventory for easy retrieval as orders are finished.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely.
• Complete New Trailer Checklist and report damage to minimize risk.
• Ensure BOLs are accurate and signed by drivers for processing.
