Job summary

Pacific Cheese, Co. is hiring a Warehouse Associate on the 2nd shift in Reno, NV. The role involves verifying and recording shipments, performing data entry, and ensuring accurate inventory movements in a cold warehouse.

The schedule starts at 12:30pm, Monday through Friday with occasional overtime. Qualified candidates will operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and related equipment, and participate in a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in warehouse/production environments
• Read and interpret shipment orders accurately

Responsibilities

• Read customer orders to determine items to move
• Sort and place materials on pallets or bins by size, type, color or code
• Store perishable goods in refrigerated areas
• Assemble customer orders and convey to packing/shipping
• Record materials distributed and maintain documentation
• Weigh or count items to ensure conformance to standards
• Operate equipment to move materials between locations
