Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Shakopee, MN is hiring a Temporary to Permanent Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced, safety-focused team.

You will perform loading, picking, packing, shipping, forklift operation and cycle counting, with second shift hours, weekly pay, and training provided.

A valid forklift license and 1 year of warehouse experience are preferred, along with the ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work flexibly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs.
• Flexible schedule on various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Maintain accuracy in picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing system during core shift hours.
• Performing duties within contract performance guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
