Job summary

Fortune Fish & Gourmet in Houston is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift. You will load and unload vehicles, move inventory, and prepare shipments in a cold environment around 35ºF. A forklift, reach truck, and pallet jack are used to construct loads and ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the work environment.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles.
• Receive inventory deliveries.
• Count and verify inventory.
• Inspect inventory for damages or defects.
• Communicate discrepancies to appropriate parties.
• Label and store stock items.
• Store inventory for easy access.
• Load and wrap stock on pallets.
• Construct loads with forklift, reach truck, and electric pallet jack.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
