Job summary

Ultipro is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the mid-2nd shift on-site in Howell, MI. The role focuses on off-loading, put-away, picking and staging of equipment and parts while delivering quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely operate forklift and other warehouse equipment.
• Receive items per procedure and stock in assigned locations.
• Maintain inventory and perform cycle counts.
• Complete Will Calls.
• Accurate paperwork and transaction entries.
• Wear PPE and uniform during each shift.
• Follow established safety procedures and report concerns.
• Assist customers and CSRs as needed.
• Follow SOPs and company policies.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate forklift and warehouse equipment to load/unload/transfer material within the warehouse and to/from delivery trucks.
• Ensure items are received per procedure and stocked in assigned locations.
• Maintain inventory and perform cycle counts.
• Complete Will Calls and expedite orders.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of paperwork and transactions.
• Wear proper PPE and uniform at all times during the shift.
• Maintain warehouse and forklift with good housekeeping and safety practices; alert management of concerns.
• Assist customers and CSRs as needed.
• Follow SOPs, work processes, and company policies.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
