Job summary

Caleres is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift in Chino, CA. The role focuses on accurate order picking, packing, receiving inspections, and cross-functional teamwork to meet customer demands.

Starting pay is $19.50 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential, and overtime may be available. Work hours are 3:00pm–11:30pm, Monday through Friday, in a distribution center setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent years of experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Effective time management skills and attention to detail required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without an accommodation required.

Responsibilities

• Order Picking and Packing: Fulfill customer orders by picking items from designated storage locations according to order specifications. Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, inspect them for accuracy, quality, and damage, and verify that they match the corresponding documentation (such as packing slips or purchase orders)
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other warehouse team members, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow, resolve operational challenges, and meet customer demands
