Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises in Waterloo, IA, is seeking a 2nd Shift DC General Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator to join our logistics team. You will handle inbound shipments, assist with general warehouse duties, and ensure compliance with HSE policies.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate warehouse equipment safely, and work well in a team. Starting pay is $24.50/hour with potential earnings up to an additional $5.50/hour based on performance, and a pay range of

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensures inbound shipments are received and registered accurately.
• Performs general warehouse duties facilitating the flow of goods.
• Assists the site management to align with Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, completing documentation and records as required.
• Resolves orders that cannot be dispatched or on hold by liaising with other departments.
• Picks and packs goods ready for dispatch.
• Adheres to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.
