Job Title: Second Shift Warehouse Associate

Location: Sioux Falls, SD

In this full-time, hourly position, work hours typically fall between 11 am and 10 pm, Monday through Thursday, with occasional variation based on business needs. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations, including but not limited to order pulling, shipping & receiving, product storage, handling, shipment preparation, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment.

A Typical Day
  1. Accurately pull materials to fulfill orders
  2. Pack, label, and store orders for delivery
  3. Operate gas and electric forklifts and riders
  4. Use wire measuring/cutting machines and pipe machines
  5. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse
  6. Utilize computerized systems and RF scanners for inventory management
  7. Coordinate with inventory control on stock levels
  8. Assist with loading delivery trucks and receiving tasks as workload permits
  9. Inspect trucks before delivery and report issues
  10. Communicate with team members regarding loading and concerns
  11. Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience or knowledge of warehouse/delivery operations
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Safety training in material handling and forklift operation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally
  • Computer proficiency and experience with warehouse management systems
